This Return & Refund Policy applies to digital artwork purchased from She Brands Studio LLC (“She Brands Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Digital Artwork Policy

The Companions offered by She Brands Studio are digital artwork and are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

Because of the digital nature of these offerings, purchases are generally considered final once the digital artwork has been made available for download or access.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available after access to the purchased digital artwork has been provided.

Please Review Before Purchasing

Before purchasing a Companion, please review the artwork, product description, file specifications, personal-use terms, and frequently asked questions carefully.

Information about what you will receive, delivery, printing, and permitted personal use is also provided on the Receiving Your Companion page.

If you have a question about a Companion before purchasing, you are welcome to contact She Brands Studio before completing your purchase.

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchased Companion, please contact She Brands Studio at hello@shebrandsstudio.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery or file-access issues so that you can receive the digital artwork you purchased.

Duplicate or Incorrect Purchase

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, received access to the incorrect artwork, or believe there is another error with your order, please contact us at hello@shebrandsstudio.com so we can review the issue.
